The customer is responsible for all postage (Both we ship to you and your own return freight) and warehousing charges for "wrong purchase" or "no longer needed".

Over 30 days, HP Injection reserves the right to refuse the return request and only accept the exchange request. The customer shall bear the all cost of exchange. Please Contact us for Return in 30 days. Please note parts must be in new condition. Parts will not be accepted for return if they have been installed or not in new condition. PLEASE NOTE: Genuine/Original parts do not provide return or exchange service.

If you request a return, we will charge you a return fee according to certain standards. If it is due to product quality problems or the wrong goods are sent, we will bear all return postage; if it is because the customer purchased the product incorrectly or no longer needs it, the customer must bear the return postage. All return postage charges are based on actual costs paid.
