Within 30 days after HP Injection shipped out the goods, HP Injection is responsible for all postage costs of reason “quality problem”or”wrong shipped”. The customer is responsible for all postage (Both we ship to you and your own return freight) and warehousing charges for "wrong purchase" or "no longer needed".

Over 30 days, HP Injection reserves the right to refuse the return request and only accept the exchange request. The customer shall bear the all cost of exchange. PLEASE NOTE: Genuine/Original parts do not provide return or exchange service.

If you request a return, we will charge you a return fee according to certain standards. All return postage charges are based on actual costs paid.
