Within 30 days after HP Injection shipped out the goods, HP Injection is responsible for all postage costs of reason “quality problem”or”wrong shipped”. The customer is responsible for all postage (Both we ship to you and your own return freight) and warehousing charges for "wrong purchase" or "no longer needed".

Over 30 days, HP Injection reserves the right to refuse the return request and only accept the exchange request. The customer shall bear the all cost of exchange. If you request a return, we will charge you a return fee according to certain standards. All return postage charges are based on actual costs paid. If the tracking of the products shows it never arrived according to the couriers' official website, we will take full responsibility and offer you full refund. If the products arrived damaged, please send us clear photos with packaging including shipping label, we will offer your full refund. If you request a return, please contact us online or go to Part-Request and leave us message with your order number, we will reply you within 10 hours to meet your request.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
