Within 30 days after HP Injection shipped out the goods, HP Injection is responsible for all postage costs of reason “quality problem”or”wrong shipped”. The customer is responsible for all postage (Both we ship to you and your own return freight) and warehousing charges for "wrong purchase" or "no longer needed".

Over 30 days, HP Injection reserves the right to refuse the return request and only accept the exchange request. The customer shall bear the all cost of exchange. PLEASE NOTE: Genuine/Original parts do not provide return or exchange service.

If you request a return, we will charge you a return fee according to certain standards. If it is due to product quality problems or the wrong goods are sent, we will bear all return postage; if it is because the customer purchased the product incorrectly or no longer needs it, the customer must bear the return postage. Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
