The customer is responsible for all postage (Both we ship to you and your own return freight) and warehousing charges for "wrong purchase" or "no longer needed".

Over 30 days, HP Injection reserves the right to refuse the return request and only accept the exchange request. The customer shall bear the all cost of exchange. PLEASE NOTE: Genuine/Original parts do not provide return or exchange service.

If you request a return, we will charge you a return fee according to certain standards. If it is due to product quality problems or the wrong goods are sent, we will bear all return postage; if it is because the customer purchased the product incorrectly or no longer needs it, the customer must bear the return postage. All return postage charges are based on actual costs paid. If the tracking of the products shows it never arrived according to the couriers' official website, we will take full responsibility and offer you full refund.
