The customer is responsible for all postage (Both we ship to you and your own return freight) and warehousing charges for "wrong purchase" or "no longer needed".

Over 30 days, HP Injection reserves the right to refuse the return request and only accept the exchange request. The customer shall bear the all cost of exchange. Please Contact us for Return in 30 days. Please note parts must be in new condition. Parts will not be accepted for return if they have been installed or not in new condition. PLEASE NOTE: Genuine/Original parts do not provide return or exchange service.

If you request a return, we will charge you a return fee according to certain standards. If it is due to product quality problems or the wrong goods are sent, we will bear all return postage; if it is because the customer purchased the product incorrectly or no longer needs it, the customer must bear the return postage. All return postage charges are based on actual costs paid. If the tracking of the products shows it never arrived according to the couriers' official website, we will take full responsibility and offer you full refund. If the products arrived damaged, please send us clear photos with packaging including shipping label, we will offer your full refund. If you request a return, please contact us online or go to Part-Request and leave us message with your order number, we will reply you within 10 hours to meet your request.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
