Mercedes-Benz Injectors

What is Mercedes-Benz Injector?

The fuel injectors in Mercedes-Benz vehicles provide the engine with the optimum amount of fuel. They direct the fuel through a valve to the engine's combustion chamber, where the gas mixes with oxygen. Most vehicles have at least one injector per cylinder, and their function is simple. The fuel pump draws gas from the fuel tank and sends it through the fuel lines to the injectors. The engine control unit (ECU) then determines the proper time for the injector to inject fuel into the combustion chamber through the nozzle.
