When Will My Order Ship?

How Do I Track My Package?

Why Can't I Track My Order On The Website

Please Note that tracking information will take 3-7 days to appear after the update.

Therefore, if you can't find tracking information about your package, please try in 1-2 days later.

 

Why Is My Shipment Status Not Updating?

Your shipment may be delayed for many reasons. Common delays can be due to e.g. weather incidents, customs or backlogs.

How Do I Make A Payment?

You will need to write down your specific shipping address and phone number or email on the checkout page.

-1. Note: We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. Your credit card information will be securely submitted to and verified by Visa and Mastercard and American Express to ensure authorized use.

-2. If your credit card payment fails, please contact online customer service. We'll help you change your payment method to another one.

-3. Regarding payment failure, please note if it fails: If the note is Do not Honor, it means that the issuing card considers the visa transaction to be risky and refuses the transaction. If this happens, please call your bank for authorization and try again. If "Declinated" is displayed, it means that you have entered the wrong cardholder name, card number, validity period, cvv2 and other information. In this case you can re-order and enter the correct information, if still rejected then the buyer needs to go to the bank to prove that he is the crad holder.

 

What Is Your Return Policy?

If there’s something wrong with your order (defective product, incorrect order, damaged order etc.), please contact us within 30 days from receiving your order and we’ll be happy to assist you reviewing the case and if it is approved we will be sending a replacement. Please do not return anything before we review the case, our customer service team will review the request and will send further instructions. www.hpinjection.com reserves the right to deny any return request.

Within 30 days after HP Injection shipped out the goods, HP Injection is responsible for all postage costs of reason “quality problem”or”wrong shipped”.
The customer is responsible for all postage (Both we ship to you and your own return freight) and warehousing charges for "wrong purchase" or "no longer needed".

Return/Exchange Steps:
1.We have warehouses in USA and China,please contact us first for return or exchange.
2.We will send you the return address after confirmation then please waiting for the return.
3.After we receiving the return and checking the package that there is no problem,we will resend the order or make refund.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our support team via  info@hpinjection.com for more information.

 

If you request a return, we will charge you a return fee according to certain standards. If it is due to product quality problems or the wrong goods are sent, we will bear all return postage; if it is because the customer purchased the product incorrectly or no longer needs it, the customer must bear the return postage.

All return postage charges are based on actual costs paid.

 

If the tracking of the products shows it never arrived according to the couriers' official website, we will take full responsibility and offer you full refund.


If the products arrived damaged, please send us clear photos with packaging including shipping label, we will offer your full refund.

 

If you request a return, please contact us online or go to Part-Request and leave us message with your order number, we will reply you within 10 hours to meet your request.
